HostWelcome to Calm Wellness Centre. Let me show you around the plan in your welcome pack. You came in through the doors at the bottom.

HostIn the centre is the reception, where you check in and store your shoes in a quiet little cubby.

HostHalfway down the left-hand side are the treatment rooms, where our therapists give massages and facials.

HostDirectly opposite, on the right-hand side, is the meditation room, kept dim and silent for quiet practice.

HostIn the top-left corner, behind the glass door, is the sauna, which can seat up to eight people.

HostThe opposite corner, the top-right, is the relaxation lounge, with soft chairs and herbal tea on tap.
