LandlordWe'll start with the front room, on the ground floor. Because it faces south, it gets the most sunlight of all of them.
LandlordNext, the back room downstairs. It looks onto the garden, away from the road, so it is the quietest in the house.
LandlordUp here is the large attic room. It's clearly the biggest — it is the largest by quite a margin.
LandlordThis middle room is handy for one reason: it is closest to the bathroom, just across the hall.
LandlordAnd the corner room is already set up for studying, since it comes with a desk and a proper chair.
