PriyaI think the biggest mistake is rushing. People decide before they understand the real problem.
TutorSo you'd say defining the problem clearly comes first, before any options?
PriyaExactly. If you frame the question wrongly, every option you list will be wrong too.
TomI'd add that we often have too many choices. Cutting the list down actually helps.
