HostRight in the centre of the hall is the information point, where the staff can answer your questions.
HostHalfway along the left-hand side is the hydration stand, all about water and sports drinks.
HostDirectly across, on the right-hand side, is the protein bar, with free samples to taste.
HostOver in the top-left corner is the cooking demonstration area, with a chef on stage all day.
HostIn the opposite corner, the top-right, is the testing lab, where you can check your fitness level.
