GuideWelcome, everyone, to our brand-new credit union branch. Let me show you around using the floor plan in your leaflet. We're standing at the main entrance, at the bottom of the plan.
GuideIf you walk straight in from the entrance, the desk right in the centre of the floor is our reception. Start there for absolutely anything.
GuideAlong the whole of the left-hand wall, halfway up, runs the savings counter, where you open accounts and pay your savings in.
GuideDirectly opposite that, against the right-hand wall, is the loans desk, for anyone thinking of borrowing.
GuideUp in the far top-left corner, by the window, you'll find the cash machine, which stays switched on even when the branch itself is shut.
GuideThe opposite corner, top-right, is the private advice room, where you can sit down with an expert and talk about saving and interest.
