PreethiMcKinsey data consistently shows that companies in the top quartile for ethnic and gender diversity are thirty-six per cent more likely to outperform their industry peers financially.
FinnBut diversity alone is not enough. The same research shows that inclusion — actually making all voices heard and valued — is what drives the performance benefit, not the headcount mix alone.
