HostAs you come in, the desk in the very middle of the room is the reception. Please collect a ticket there before joining any queue.
HostHalfway along the left-hand wall is the car insurance desk, which is usually our busiest of all, so do take a ticket early.
HostFacing it, halfway along the right-hand wall, is the home insurance desk, for buildings and contents cover.
HostOver in the top-left corner, nearest the windows, is the travel insurance desk. Come here before you book any trip abroad.
HostIn the opposite corner, that's the top-right, is the life insurance office, which is quieter and more private.
