ManagerWelcome to the Gazette. Let me introduce five people who put the paper together each week.

ManagerFirst, our editor, Frances. Her main power is that she decides which stories run on the front page.

ManagerThen our photographer, Sanjay, who takes the photographs, often out before dawn for the best light.

ManagerNext, the careful one, Imogen, our checker, whose whole job is that she checks every fact and name.

ManagerOver here is Dev, who keeps us in business, because he sells the advertising space that pays our wages.

ManagerAnd by the window sits Mo, our keen sports fan, who writes the sports pages every Friday night.
