CoordinatorOduya, thank you. And which department do you work in?
VolunteerI'm a porter, but for this trial I've been asked to help on the pharmacy floor.
CoordinatorThe pharmacy, good — that's where the robots carry medicines. What's your main role in the trial?
VolunteerMostly observing. I'm to watch how staff react and note anything that goes wrong.
