SpeakerStraight ahead is the north concourse. It's for road services, so this is for buses only, not trains.
SpeakerOn your left, by the entrance, is the help point. Usefully, it has a left-luggage desk for heavy bags.
SpeakerOutside the south doors is the green square. That's where the city tours begin, so it is the meeting point for tours.
SpeakerDown the ramp is the lower level. We've designed it carefully, so it has step-free access throughout.
SpeakerAnd just past the coffee kiosk is the rank by the east exit, which is where taxis wait day and night.
