AishaDesigning the survey was slow, and recruiting people took time, but honestly the real headache was that half our testers gave up after only a few days.
BenThe drop-out rate, yes. Now, was there anything in the results that genuinely surprised you?
AishaDefinitely. Everyone assumes young people want flashy graphics, but our older testers engaged with the apps far more than the students did. I didn't expect that at all.
