TutorSo, Holly and Raj, your project is on local dialects. What first made you interested?
HollyMy grandmother uses words I've never heard in the city, and I wanted to write them down before they vanish.
TutorA lovely reason. And what's the main goal of the project?
RajWe don't want to judge the dialect — we just want to record how people really speak.
TutorSensible. Where will you do most of your research?
HollyMainly in the village where my grandmother lives, rather than in the town.
